Duncan Barber

Director

With over 30 year’s experience, Duncan provides tax audit and advisory services for a range of organisations including large private companies, not for profits, trust accounts and high net worth individuals. The invaluable experience gained through his professional career at highly regarded firms in Australia and the UK as both principal and managing partner (owner) is of direct benefit to our clients.

Since completing the Bachelor of Economics, Accounting and Finance at Macquarie University Duncan obtained a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance as well as accreditations as a Chartered Accountant, Registered Company Auditor, Registered SMSF Auditor and Registered Tax Agent.

In recent years, this breadth of specialist knowledge and expertise and Duncan’s leadership skills have delivered proven value to diverse clients at: Omniwealth Business Partners Pty Limited (Managing Partner and owner), Grange Business Partners (owner), PKF Chartered Accountants (Principal), Abigroup Limited (Corporate Accountant) and BDO (manager.) In 2015 Duncan joined Omniwealth as managing partner to Business Advisory Audit and Tax and joined the Board of Directors.

Cadenze is the next iteration in a highly successful professional career, as Duncan’s business ethos is reflected in the ongoing partnership with clients that is at the heart of the new brand.

Duncan likes to spend time with family, enjoys good food, wine, travelling and reading. A keen sports fan, he enjoys playing touch football, golf, tennis and swimming and is a proud supporter of the Waratahs and Greater Western Sydney Giants.

Kelly Reedman

Director

Over more than 20 years, Kelly has focused her extensive professional experience on providing services that improve the performance of her client’s business. As Director and owner of Cadenze this motivation is foremost in her mind and of great value to our clients and team as she delivers taxation and management accounting services to medium and large organisations.

Since completing the Bachelor of Commerce (major in Accounting) at Newcastle University in 1997 and a graduate diploma in Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2002, Kelly’s depth of expertise has grown with skills acquired in taxation and management accounting work for organisations including RSM Bird Cameron Gosford which became Fortunity, ESV Chartered Accountants and JI Moore & Partners prior to becoming Grange Business Partners.

Her management experience commenced in June 2007 when she joined the JI Moore & Partners team as a manager, remaining with the firm and moving into the role of Business Services Manager when it became Grange Business Partners in February 2013.

Kelly’s professional life is balanced and enriched by her love of travelling, camping and fishing with her family and two wonderful girls as well as attending live music and theatre shows.
